According to Janet Tanguay, the key to success for an entrepreneur is adaptability. So many entrepreneurs are afraid of asking for help and many wait for customers to come to them. With this comes the resistance to change, fearing that it may halt the success of the business.

Fortunately, Janet Tanguay, an entrepreneur, artist, and active employee of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, is able to help other entrepreneurs overcome any obstacle that stands in the way of a dream.

From doggy daycare to app developers, Tanguay helps in making sure that any dream, idea, or goal is obtainable to each entrepreneur. Watch this week’s episode of The Growth Mindset to find out how adaptability will help your business flourish.

I came across a wonderful opportunity to interview Ray Bleser: owner of Northeastern Fine Jewelry in Schenectady, New York.

Ray introduces a different way that he portrays his brand to instill trust in his customers. To this day, I see so many business owners who are still using price to advertise their brand.

Storytelling is just one of the unique methods that Ray uses to guarantee that his business is giving customers the best service that they’ve ever experienced.

Is your business changing to meet the demands of your customers?

If you want to satisfy the needs of your customers, you can’t be afraid of change. Change is inevitable; you just have to learn to accept it and roll with it.

In this week’s episode of The Growth Mindset, I’m joined by the Director of the Association of Danish Dealers.

Thomas Møller Sørensen addresses the change that is needed for businesses in Denmark to remain profitable. As a business owner, insecurity and resistance to change will hinder you from successful new business models.

Can you adjust your current processes to create new opportunities? Brand your business to fit the needs of your customers.

To remain relevant and grow in your industry, you can’t be stagnant. New opportunities will arise and that could either propel you forward or waste your time. It’s important for you to know the difference.

Will these opportunities set you and your clients apart from the competition or will they serve more as a distraction?

In this episode of The Growth Mindset, I tell a personal story about a serial entrepreneur that you’ll definitely want to hear and learn from.
